Friends of Capron Park Zoo is grateful to all the many donors who provide the crucial funding that allows us to support one of the most beloved community destinations – Capron Park Zoo – in the Attleboro Area. We rely on the generosity of many individuals to make this possible, and we welcome gifts at all levels.
Your gift strengthens and enhances the Zoo, and your philanthropy is rewarded with world-class animal care, engaging environmental education programs, new visitor experiences, and exciting zoo exhibits that showcase animals from all over the globe. Help us keep Capron Park Zoo a continuously improving resource for years to come.
Adopt-an-Animal
If you’re like us, you think animals are pretty special. Now, you can show your support of one or more of the furry, feathery and scaly friends by adopting an animal at Capron Park Zoo! Adoptions are a fun and unique way to recognize a birthday, anniversary or hard-earned achievement. Whatever YOUR special occasion is, the gift of a symbolic adoption will help to support the future of the Zoo.
For $25, you will receive an adoption certificate, color photo of your ‘wild child’, a fun fact card and the satisfaction of knowing you are helping some very special critters. The money raised from the Adopt-an-Animal program is used to help better the lives of the animals in the Zoo’s care. Exhibit renovation, environmental enrichment and animal acquisition are just some of the important things your donation helps to fund.
Please note: No ownership rights or complementary visits to the Zoo are conferred by this “adoption.” Animals will continue to stay at Capron Park Zoo under the care of the Zoo’s professional zookeeper team.

Monthly Giving
Your automatic, monthly gift as a Zoo Crew Champion provides you a way of making an incredible impact throughout the year. Your monthly donation provides a reliable source of funding to ensure that we are able to support our mission of enhancing and sustaining the Zoo for future generations, giving them the opportunity to experience Zoo for years to come.
As a part of the Zoo Crew, you will be one of the first to hear about upcoming events, exhibitions, news from the Zoo, and will be invited to donor only events!

Event Sponsorship
Friends of Capron Park Zoo offers a variety of giving and sponsorship opportunities to connect your company to the Zoo. Depending on the level of support, corporate sponsors receive recognition on exhibition banners and advertisements, and the FCPZ website and social media posts, as well as VIP private event opportunities. The FCPZ hosts a number of signature annual special events including Family SplashPad Night and Zootoberfest, and Paint & Pours.
Business Friends Membership
As a FCPZ Business Friends member, your company can have a direct impact on Capron Park Zoo’s day to day animal care, educational programming and recreational activities by helping FCPZ to fund initiatives ranging from building renovations to veterinarian equipment to technology upgrades. FCPZ Business Friends receive recognition on a dedicated donor wall at the Zoo and on the FCPZ website. In addition, there are networking opportunities for and special benefits for your employees through the Business Friends of FCPZ annual membership program.
